Q: Does the recorder keychain need to be charged?
A: No, it runs on a replaceable battery, so there’s no need for charging. It comes with a battery included—simply replace it when needed.
Q: How does the recorder keychain work?
A: Simply press and hold the record button to start recording. You can play back recordings anytime with the play button.
Q: How long can it record?
A: The recorder keychain can store up to 15 seconds of audio.
Q: Can I use it as a regular keychain?
A: Absolutely! It's compact, lightweight, and designed to be carried anywhere.
Q: How do I record clear audio with my EchoKey?
A: For optimal sound quality:
-Position the microphone hole located at the top side of the product toward the speaker.
-Speak directly into the hole within "6–12 inches".
-Avoid covering the hole with fingers or objects during recording.
Q: Why does my recording sound muffled?
A: This usually happens when:
-The microphone hole is blocked (check for debris or case interference).
-You’re too far from the sound source (EchoKey works best in close-range conversations).
5. Tracking & Order Status
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email ( within 2-3days ). You can use this number to track your package on our website or the courier’s website.
Q: My tracking number isn’t updating. What should I do?
A: Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear. If your tracking hasn’t updated after this time, please contact us for assistance.
Q: I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
A: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking status first. If there are any issues, reach out to us, and we’ll help resolve them.
